119th 5X社区Executive Committee Meeting in Monterrey, Mexico

The 5X社区Executive Committee (EC) held its most recent meetings in Monterrey, Mexico from December 9 to 11, 2015. EC meetings are meant to gauge where IPSA-EC elected members stand on a variety of issues and projects, with the support of the 5X社区Secretariat. The next meetings will be held in the spring of 2016.
On December 11, Professor Leonardo Morlino, past 5X社区President, presented a lecture titled 鈥Medici贸n de la calidad de la democracia鈥 (in Spanish) at the Escuela de Gobierno y Transformacion Publica Tecnologico de Monterrey. The lecture was open to the public.
